  • Candidates applying for M.Tech (TA) can ignore information related to the written test and interview.
  • For M.Tech (RA), M.Tech (Self-Sponsored), and M.Tech (Govt./Industry-Sponsored) programs, the information related to the written test and interview is important.

Important Instructions

  • Please use the same email ID for all application-related activities. Starting from registration in the admission process, all communications should be made through the same email ID. Please note that we will send emails only to the email ID mentioned in your application form. Kindly cross-check the email ID before submitting your application.
  • Please note down your application ID. If you have applied to multiple M.Tech programs under the CSE department, ensure that you remember the application IDs for each program.
  • We expect you to read all the information provided here carefully. Please do not send queries regarding information that is already available on this page. We will give higher priority to queries that are not addressed here.

Rules of the Written Test (will be uploaded later)
You must read this before appearing for the written test. Please read it 2–3 days before the written test. This document will explain how to fill the OMR sheet and where to report for the written test/programming test.

If you are coming directly for the written test on the day of the test, please ensure you review the rules of the written test.

Written Test

  • Date of announcement of shortlisted candidates: 24th April 2026
  • Date of submitting RSVP: 25th April 2026
    (Without RSVP on time, you will not be allowed to sit for the written test)
  • Date of written test: 5th May 2026

Interviews

(Only for M.Tech RA and Govt./Industry Sponsored)

  • Announcement of shortlisted candidates for interview: 11th May 2026
  • RSVP for interview: 12th May 2026

  • Interview dates: 13th to 15th May 2026

  • Date of selection announcement: TBD

Important Note:
The date of the written test is fixed, except in case of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
Please do not send requests for rescheduling.
Additionally, there is no online alternative for the offline written test.
